Empowered Leader Coaching Packages

Master the CASA Meeting System

This coaching process is applied to an actual upcoming important or critical Leader meeting. It will provide a Leader with the experience of applying the CASA Meeting System to a real meeting via Zoom. In the process, you will develop the Empowered Leader skills of coaching, empathy, accountability, and relationship building. 

Included in this package:
1. A pre-meeting coaching session via Zoom
2. A post-meeting coaching session via Zoom 
3. A CASA coach will observe a live or recorded Zoom meeting, or address an upcoming Leader meeting with a team member or coworker. 
4. A coaching feedback meeting report.

Creating an Empowered Leader Development Plan

The coaching begins with profiling an Empowered Leader, Leader’s assessment process, and then completing a Leader Development Plan. An Empowered Leader Development Plan addresses a Leader's organizational vision, leader and team member development goals, and system, performance, and personal goals. It also covers the needed action steps required to achieve all of these goals. Once completed, a leader will have a clear vision and direction on what she/he wants to achieve on a professional and personal level in life. 

Included in this package:
1. A personal leadership assessment
2. Pre-plan development plan coaching session via Zoom
3. Plan completion coaching session via Zoom

1. Initial Zoom Coaching Session
      -Introduction to the Leader Development Plan
      -Appreciative Inquiry
      -Overview of the Assessment Process
      -MHS Emotional Intelligence 360
2. Second Zoom Session
      -Review of 360 Report
      -Analysis of 360 Report
      -Presenting the Leadership Development Plan addressing a Leader's organizational vision, leader and team member development goals, and system, performance, and personal goals.
3. Third Zoom Session
